Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to appointment time; to ensure enough time for other clients to book. $15 fee will be assessed if not.
No call/no show clients will be responsible for cost of appt before being seen again, more than 3 no call/no shows will result in client being terminated.
Your will only we charged in the case of a no call/no show or a last minute cancellation.
10 minute Grace period for late clients.
